Couch to 5K

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4/21-6/25. The Couch to 5K is a fantastic program designed to get anyone from the couch to running a 5K in just 10 weeks. This program will start off slowly getting your body moving and working your way up to running. All training sessions begin with a warm up, followed by interval training. Participation in the program includes Entry Fee to the Ignite the Night 5K on June 27th.
