The first ever Parent's Conference here in Madison is going to be dealing with some of the most obvious, and more difficult things a parent will ever deal with:
*How should I raise my kids?
*Why won't my teen talk to me?
*How as a parent can I finish well and raise a son or daughter who will make it in this world?
*How can I communicate with them?
At this parent's conference we're not going to just give some quick fixes, but we hope to dialogue and learn how youth are communicating, as well as what they need to survive and be successful in this day in age.
Also, we as youth workers want to encourage you and let you know we're all in this together, you're not all alone in the process!
We as youth ministers in the Madison area have a heart for healthy and productive teenage men and women making an impact in this world, but it all starts with a healthy home, and more importantly healthy parenting!
Come join us as we journey through the teenage world and learn together better ways to communicate, encourage, discipline, motivate, and inspire our youth as well as youth in our community.
