Registration is from 11AM- 12PM at the Club House.
Shotgun start at 12PM (best ball format).
Dinner is available at the conclusion of the tournament in the Club House.
Non-golfers must RSVP at 256-2454 if they plan to have dinner, and must pay a $10 fee at the door.
Registration fee includes: 18 holes of golf, 2 golf carts (reservations must be made), entry into the HOLE-IN-ONE contest, green fees, 1 drink ticket, evening meal, pin and door prizes, and an afternoon of great fun! 50/50 tickets will be sold throughout the day for $1 each.
Half of the proceeds will go to the Madison Chamber. Please RSVP by May 26th.
