St. Thomas School
Children ages 4-12 are invited to attend this refresher course on bicycle safety.
Youngsters will learn about the rules of the road and have fun practicing them on a bicycle safety course.
East River employees will inspect bicycles while children are watching the program.
Drawing for door prizes. Prizes include brand-new bicycles, helmets, and other items.
