$175 for teams sponsored by a Chamber member; $200 for non-Chamber member sponsored teams.
Registration is from 11AM - 12PM at the Club House.
Shotgun Start at 12PM (Best Ball Format).
Dinner is available at the conclusion of the tournament
in the Club House. Non- golfers must RSVP at 256-2454 if they
plan to have dinner, and must pay a $10 fee at the door.
Registration Fee includes: 18 holes of golf, 2 golf carts
(reservations must be made), entry into the HOLE-IN-ONE
contest, green fees, 1 drink ticket, evening meal, pin and
door prizes, and an afternoon of great fun!
50/50 tickets will be sold throughout the day for $1/each.
Half of the proceeds will go to the Madison Chamber.
