The City picnic and National Night Out program is Tuesday, August 7th at the Westside Park. Serving will start at 5pm with the NNO program starting at 6pm. The NNO program will begin with the National Anthem and posting of the Colors by the Madison Police Honor Guard. The first performance will be by the El Riad Steel Drum Band with a demonstration by the Search & Rescue following. At approximately 7pm Phil Baker will perform.
Phil Baker's performance is provided through assistance from the Madison Police Department and the Madison Area Arts Council, with South Dakota Arts Council support, which is provided with funds from the State of South Dakota, through the Department of Tourism, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
