Madison Area Youth Baseball and T-Ball Sign up will be held Monday, March 24th and Tuesday, March 25th, 2014 from 5:30 – 7 at the Madison Community Center.
Your child must meet the age requirement by May 1st of 2014. You will need to provide a birth certificate (to be looked at and returned) for all players entering the 7 and 8 year old division.
Prices and ages are as follows: T-Ball 5 and 6 year olds $30 7/8 year olds $40 9/10 & 11/12 year olds $50 Scholarships are available upon request.
