Youth Football Conditioning Program

The youth football conditioning program will focus on 3 components: strength, speed/agility, and power training. The purpose of the strength component is to teach strength training fundamentals. The focus of the speed and agility is to improve starts, acceleration, and footwork. The power training will maximize athleticism on the field. The program starts July 14th and ends August 7th on Monday and Thursday from 10:15-11:15am. Cost is $80 member / $90 non-member Register at The Community Center or www.communitycenter.dsu.edu.
