Tuesdays and Thursdays 4/21-6/25. The Couch to 5K 2.0 is an advanced running program. The Couch to 5K 2.0 is a higher intensity training program that will start out with run/walk intervals and advancing to all running. The 2.0 program starts with a 3 minute run and a 2 minute walk. Participation in the program includes entry fee to the Ignite the Night 5K on June 27.
