Madison Chiropractic Center

Dr. Jason Evans established Madison Chiropractic Center in 1998 to provide additional healthcare services to the Madison community. In 2005, they relocated to a new, larger facility to accommodate the needs of their patients. Dr. Evans is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist by IBCN and a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner by ABIME. Deb has been with Madison Chiropractic Center for almost ten years and handles patients’ scheduling and insurance needs.

Madison Chiropractic Center provides chiropractic health care with an emphasis on treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions utilizing the most recent and researched treatment procedures today, including manipulation (hand and instrument), flexion-distraction decompression therapy, muscle re-education, physiotherapies, exercise therapy and more.
