On Thursday, Oct. 31, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., the DSU residence hall association is sponsoring trick or treating for area youth and their chaperones. Tour the floors of Emery, Richardson, Zimmermann and Higbie halls and receive treats from the residents participating in the program.
