Guns On Campus Bill...Still a Good Idea

He isn't sponsoring it this time but Senator Russ Olson once again voted for legislation to allow students in South Dakota public universities to carry guns on the campuses.

Olson says there is no need for all students to be carrying guns on campus, but they should be allowed to.

He says gun vaults on campuses are problematic.

Olson serves on the Senate Education, Senate State Affairs Committees and chairs the Senate Commerce Committee.
