'We Care' Helps with Utilities

Interlakes Community Action Partnership is starting a new program to help people pay their utility bills.

ICAP Housing Coordinator Kristen Reese says some people who have been laid off or who have had their hours reduced don't qualify for Low Income Energy Assistance.

Reese says donation boxes are being placed at businesses across Madison.

She says businesses that do not have a donation box and would like one should contact Interlakes Community Action Partnership.
