Bethel Home to Expand

The Madison City Commission approved a letter of support for the Bethel Home Low Income Elderly Project offering 16 new, two-bedroom elderly housing units.

Bethel Administrator Jim Iverson told the Commission of the increasing need for such projects in Madison.

Iverson says if all the government approvals come along smoothly, construction should begin in September and the additional apartments should be available in the Spring of 2010.
