City Commission to Meet

The Madison City Commission Meets This evening at 5:30.

The Commission is expected to :

• acknowledge the financial statement portion of the 2008 Annual Report

• review the bids for a trencher and a trailer

• consider authorizing the mayor to sign change order number three for the Aquatic Center and Change order number 3-F for the 3rd Street Southwest project

• consider authorizing the mayor to sign the service contract for the AWOS system at the airport

Also on the agenda for the Commission's consideration is Resolution 2711 for bridge inspection services.
