ARLINGTON CALL CENTER Arlington bucks economy with new call center

ARLINGTON, S.D. (AP) - Arlington has been selected for a Link It Software Corp. call center, the third operation that the California-based firm has set up in South Dakota.

Company officials say the Arlington center will be up and running by the end of the month. Seven people will work there.

Officials of Link It Software says the operation could have up to 50 people working there eventually.

Link It expanded to Milbank in 2005 and has an agreement for marketing and public relations services with the town of Corona.
