City Commission to Meet Tonight

The Madison City Commission Meets this afternoon at 5:30.

The Commission is expected acknowledge:

-the February investment report, bills for ratification and gross salaries.

-a letter from the Federal Emergency Management regarding flood plain maps.

-the Executive Summary of the Water Utility Plan.

The Commission is expected to consider:

-authorization of the Mayor to sign Change Order number 2 for the Automatic Weather Observation System at the Madison Airport.

-approval of plans and specifications for the 3rd Street - Airport Road Intersection Project and to set a date for bid letting.

-Resolution 27-12, Lakeview Industrial Park Plat.

The Commission will have an executive session for a perfomance evaluation.

At 5:30 the Board of Equalization will meet to discuss 2009 evaluations.
