Integra Plastics Awarded Rebate

Heartland Consumer Power District recently awarded a $16,304 electric rebate to Integra Plastics of Madison.

The Award came as part of its Growth Incentive Program. The rebate was based on fixed percentages of additional power consumption since Integra's recent facility expansions.

Integra Plastics currently has a workforce of 50 full-time and 2 part-time employees with 37 employees directly working in Madison.

Integra Plastics specializes in the fabrication and conversion of polyethylene and polypropylene to custom manufacture protective covers, waste liners and other products in any desired dimensions.

Integra Plastics operates in a 57,500 square-foot facility in the Lakeview Industrial Park with an accompanying 21,000 square-foot warehouse.

20,000 square feet were added to the plant in recent years to increase productivity and introduce the opportunity for new equipment to process and manufacture their own materials, thereby allowing Integra to compete in the construction market.

The Growth Incentive Program is designed to help stimulate development within Heartland Customer communities by rewarding qualifying companies with a rebate on the retail electric power bills for three years.
