Fargen Please With Wind Resolution Approval

Representative Mitch Fargen says he is pleased that the Legislature approved a resolution he sponsored asking the Western Area Power Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency not to be too restrictive on wind towers.

Fargen says the resolution isn't a law, but it is important to wind interests and the utilities.

Alternative energy is a focus for Fargen. He serves on the House Education and the House Commerce Committees.
