Fiegen Named Mister Basketball

Madison's Tony Fiegen was named Mister Basketball. Fiegen finished his decorated career at Madison as the school's second all time leading scorer, as he scored 1,071 points.
The future South Dakota State Jackrabbit, who was also named the Gatorade player of the year this year, helped lead the Bulldogs to their first state title since 1945 this past season.
Fiegen's name litters the Madison record book. His records include: most field goals made in a career (422); points in a season (485); field goals made in a season (186); field goals attempted in a season (346); field goal percentage in a season (67%); and defensive rebounds in a season (188).
Madisons Chad White was also a Candidate for the award.
