Cell Phones Number One Discipline Problem

The use of Cell Phones is the number one discipline problem at Madison Central High School.
In developing the High School Student Handbook for another year, Prinicipal Sharon Knowlton told the school board the cell phone rules are changing again.
One of the problems Knowlton says is that parents don't seem to be as supportive as was first anticipated.
Rules against bullying were added to the section on harassment, and if testing for alcohol or drugs is needed police will be called to do the testing.
