City-County Building Inspection

The Madison City Commission and the Lake County Commission are working to determine whether they can share building inspection services.

The two Commissions met Tuesday evening.

Mayor Gene Hexom says the two organizations will now look to see how the needs and abilities of the two match.

The City of Madison started a building inspection program a year or so ago and Lake County is now looking at its options.
