Tax Changes Not Necessary

Republican candidate for Governor, Scott Munsterman of Brookings, says he wants to get the state of South Dakota out of its deficit mode of operating. Munsterman is the mayor of Brookings and traveling around the state in his effort to become the Republican nominee for Governor.
Munsterman says he would make changes that don't involve increasing taxes.
Munsterman is a chiropractor in Brookings.
He says the taxes in South Dakota are just as they should be.
