District Would Help With Water Quality Improvement

Interlakes' Water Quality Committee chair Robert Todd says formation of a water project district will make work to improve the water quality of Madison area lakes easier and more likely to happen.

The State Board on Water and Natural Resources last week authorized an election for the formation of the proposed District.

Todd says a District would provide some mechanisms to get the needed work done.

The election will be conducted Saturday July 18th at 10 a.m.
