City Commission to Meet

The Madison City Commission meets Monday at 5:30 at City Hall.

The Commission is expected to acknowledge the building permit report for June totaling $337,913, including $220,000 for a duplex on Silver Creek Circle and $45,000for a coffee cell for McDonald's.

The Commission will set hearing dates for a floodplain ordinance and an ordinance that would allow bars in Madison to stay open until 2 a.m.

The Commission is expected to consider a some personnel action, and there will be a closed session of the commission at the end of the of the regular meeting.
