City Commission Meeting

The Madison City Commission will meet today at 5:00PM in the Commission meeting room at city hall.

Commissioners will consider authorizing the mayor to sign Amendment Number 1 to the Water Facilities Construction Program Funding Agreement. That amendment will raise the grant price from 8.4% to 9.2%.

The Commission is also expected to ratify a revised bid date for the highway 19 recreation trail project. Sealed bids will now be received until 9:00AM on August 21st.

Commissioners will discuss a number of extension requests for sidewalk completions.

Tonight's meeting begins with an appearance by Lake Area improvement Director Dwaine Chapel to discuss budget requests. The meeting begins tonight at 5:00PM.
