BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) - The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction in the case of a bomb threat at the Volga post office.
The postmaster found a note on Aug. 28 indicating that a bomb would go off in the building at a certain time. The building and several nearby homes were evacuated.
A bomb-sniffing dog did not find any explosives.
