Operation Reunite the 211th

As you know, members of the 211th Engineer Battalion Sapper are in Wisconsin and will deploy to Afghanistan shortly. Approximately 20 are leaving soon and there is an opportunity for the remaining 93 to come home late on October 19th and return to WI on the 23rd.

There is no funding to bring them home and the cost for one large bus and one small bus needed to bring them to Madison is $4770.

An account has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank and donations are being accepted to bring the troops home to be with their families for a few days before they go to Afghanistan.
