Thune to Speak at Tonight's 19th Annual Salute to Industry Banquet

US Senator John Thune will speak at the 19th Annual Salute to Industry Banquet at the Dakota Prairie Playhouse in Madison tonight. Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Sascha Albrecht says some big names have spoken at the banquets in years past.

Thune will address issues surrounding economic development when he speaks.

A number of businesses in Madison will receive awards saluting their service to the community.

Albrecht also says technology at the Madison Middle School will be discussed and Middle School Principal Cotton Koch (cook) will make a presentation.

The event begins at 5PM this evening at the Dakota Prairie Playhouse in Madison.
