Former Legislator & West Central Teacher Dies

A former West Central science teacher and former Minnehaha legislator has died. Sixty-four year old David Strom suffered from Huntingtons Disease. He also got a piece of legislation passed in 1982 that made it easier for motorists to fill up-- the hold-open latch that allows those filling up to take their hands off the gas pump.

Funeral services for Strom will be held at 1:30 on Sunday at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Orland.
