Motorists Encouraged to Call 511 for Road Conditions

With winter weather in the forecast, The South Dakota Department of Transportation is encouraging travelers to dial 511 for road and weather conditions before heading out. Calling 511 works from any land line or mobile phone in South Dakota. Outside of South Dakota, motorists can call 866-MY-SD-511 or 866-697-3511.
