Madison City Commission to Review Hiring Incentive

The Madison City Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting this evening. The commissioners will review their agreement for legal services with Jencks Law Offices, review bids on chemicals, and will also review a proposal for a hiring incentive from the Lake Area Improvement Corporation to help place workers displaced from the closing of the Arctic Cat Plant as well as workers at PSI Pavement Services.
Alcohol license applications will be reviewed and the hearing on a resolution addressing the necessity for a sidewalk on Division Avenue will be held.
The Madison City Commission meets beginning at 5:30 PM this evening at Madison City Hall.
