City Commission and School Board Candidates

With an upcoming April 12th election, the candidates for the Madison City Commission and Madison Central School Board are finalized.

Vying for the two open City Commission seats are incumbents Scott Delzer and Dick Ericsson, as well as newcomer Roger Husman.

There are five candidates in the running for the two open School Board positions currently held by Jay Niedert and Tammy Jo Zingmark. Those individuals are Jennie Thompson, a Paralegal with the Lake County State's Attorney Office; Corey Gunderson, a Safety Coordinator for East River Electric; Shawn Miller, an Energy Auditor for East River Electric; Cory Heidelberger, a Research and Teaching Assistant at Dakota State University; and Nathan Nash, the Student Ministries Pastor at Living Hope Wesleyan Church.

All of the open seats are 3 year terms.
