DEA National Rx Take Back Day

The police department was notified that the Drug Enforcement Administration is planning its 3rd national prescription drug take back day for October 29th.

The Madison Police Department participated in the last drug take back event and collected 17 pounds of expired or unwanted drugs. Please let your friends know that another Take Back Day event is being planned and we will participate again.

If for any reason you would wish to turn in any expired or unwanted prescription drugs prior to the planned event you are welcome to as we would lock them in our vault until the planned day. Thank you.
