Minnaert Named New Fire Chief

Madison City Commissioners approved Randy Minnaert as the new fire chief. The city had received around 15 applications for the open position vacated by Jerry Johnson who retired in May.

Minnaert has served on the Madison Fire Department for 16 years and has been serving as interim chief since May.

His new position officially begins September 12th.
