Madison Commissioners to Hold 3 Hearings

The Madison City Commission will convene in regular session this evening at City Hall in Downtown Madison.

The 40-mph speed limit request on Airport Road will be discussed as will the Lake Area Improvement Corporation hiring incentive. The commission will acknowledge a letter from Lewis and Clark Rural Water regarding a prepayment option. Three hearings will be held-- one for a conditional use permit for Tom Heirigs for 21 one and two bedroom apartments, one for a conditional use for TW Services to have a used automobile establishment on North East 3rd Street, and a hearing will also be held to discuss the airport land lease with Randy Wiese.

The Madison City Commissioners will meet beginning at 5:30 this evening.
