COMMUNITY CENTER SURVEY FOR MEMBERS Please take the time to complete the survey below. Your feedback will allow us to better determine areas of growth, future programming and services. Based off the feedback we received from the 2007 Member Survey the Community Center started the GET-Active Program, expanded group fitness classes and we recently contracted with a local software company to build an online activity registration and facility scheduling program. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to communicate your thoughts, ideas, and desires as we prepare for the future.
