Good Year for Charities

Several fund raising drives in Madison had very successful outcomes this past year. The Salvation Army Bell Ringers were out at Pamida during the holidays. Paul Curley of Madison says they had a good year, and a lot of people are to thank.

Over 15-hundred dollars were raised for the Salvation Army, 90 percent of which stays in Lake and Moody counties.

The other successful fund raiser in December raised 15-hundred dollars for the Lake County Food Pantry.
