FirstLine Funding Group Plans New Facility

SIOUX FALLS, SD, April 30, 2015 – First Bank & Trust (FBT) is pleased to announce that it is constructing a new building in Madison to house its subsidiary, FirstLine Funding Group. The planned 17,500 square foot facility will be located on the northwest corner of the Lakeview Industrial Park (12th Street and South Washington Avenue).

First Bank & Trust purchased the 2.3 acre property from the Lake Area Improvement Corporation (LAIC) and plans to break ground by June 1, 2015 in order to have the construction completed by this time next year.

Thompson explained that the new facility will have the capability of being expanded but is being designed to accommodate over 100 employees at initial capacity.
