Prarire Wave Becomes Knology Today

Prairie Wave customers will soon be seeing the cosmetic changes to their bill, as Prairie Wave completes its sale to Georgia based Knology Inc. Knology purchased Prairie Wave for 255 million dollars, todays name change is the last step in Knology's acquisition.

Roger Johnson is the President and CEO of Knology, he says the actual merger has been complete for some time, and Johnson adds Knology is on the cutting edge of new technology.

In addition to today's name change, a ribbon cutting will be held at Knology's office in Madison Tuesday, February 25th at 5:30.
