NorthWestern Energy to Leave NASDAQ

NorthWestern Energy Thursday announced it has filed an application with the New York Stock Exchange to move from the NASDAQ (NAZZ'-dak) exchange and begin trading its stock on the Big Board. NorthWestern expects to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "N-W-E" on May 1st. The Company will ring the opening bell on May 20th to celebrate the occasion. NorthWestern Energy has about 650,000 electric and natural gas customers in Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska.
