Free Electronics Recycling Dropoff

The city of Madison is offering a free electronics recycling dropoff day on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The dropoff will be held at the Madison Recycling Center, 800 S.W. 7th Street.
Items accepted include large electronics such as desktop and laptop personal computers, monitors, mainframe computers, battery backup uninterruptible power supplies, printers, scanners, copy machines, fax machines, TVs, VCRs, laser disc players, digital video disc players and stereo receivers.
In addition, handheld devices like cell phones, pagers, personal digital assistants, video games, calculators, small MP3 players, small compact disc players, small cassette players, small radios, small walkie-talkies and digital and electronic cameras can be dropped off.
This dropoff is for residents only, not businesses, schools, governmental entities or nonprofit organizations.
