National Day of Prayer

Yesterday was the National Day of Prayer, and christians throughout the nation gathered around flagpoles during the noon hour to pray for peace, reconciliation and the safe return of American troops from abroad. Leading the prayer service here in Madison was First Baptist church pastor Kimberly Kaveny.
