Madison Teachers Get Pay Raise

New Madison school teachers will get a starting salary increase from $27,000 to $30,500 and existing teachers will receive an increase in salary and benefits of 7.8%. This comes on the heels a unanimous vote by the school board to approve a teachers contract for the 2008-2009 school year.
