City Commission Hears From Senator Johnson's Office

During last nights City Commission Meeting, Carmen Asensio, who is a staff assistant to Senator Tim Johnson spoke about the senators support of both the Highway 34 project, Lewis and Clarke and the Senators plans to try and visit Madison in the near future. She stated to the commission that Senator Johnson is solidly behind Madison Moving Forward. Mayor Hexom also briefly addressed the city's need for continued FAA Funding for the City Airport.

Other items on the agenda last night were approving the rezoning of Rosebud from Light Manufacturing to General Business, and the approval of the transfer of ownership of Jerseys.
