Governor Rounds To Honor POW/MIA'S

Governor Mike Rounds will host a ceremony tomorrow, at 2:30 p.m. at the South Dakota Information Center on I-90 near Valley Springs. The event will kick-off South Dakotas new policy of flying POW/MIA flags year-round at State Owned Interstate and State Highway Rest Areas, Game, Fish and Parks Visitor Centers, and the State Capitol grounds in Pierre.

Tomorrow's event will feature comments by Governor Rounds, followed by a ceremonial first-raising of the POW/MIA flag. A flyover by South Dakota Air Guard F-16s will be part of the program.
