Hog Farm Fight Continues

A Federal Judge refused to stop construction of the Longview hog farm, west of Wagner, South Dakota, after concluding it's on private land, not tribal. Longview Attorney Dave Nadolski says while he's happy with the ruling, the case is not completely settled.

Nadolski says while they're dealing with those remaining issues, they've also filed a separate federal lawsuit to prevent the tribe and tribal court from getting involved.

Nadolski went on to say they're hoping with their lawsuit to get a ruling showing the tribe has no authority over the Longview project.
