Overnight Weather Damages Prairie Village

Some weird weather patterns overnight caused moderate damages to some structures at Prairie Village.

According to Prairie Village Manager Stan Rousch, the most considerable damage was done to one of the parks gate houses, which was overturned and completely destroyed. And this morning, Rousch noticed a half inch branch had been completely pushed through a wooden door, apparently by some very isolated and extremely strong winds.

A family who were camping in a tent made it to their car and went unharmed; however their tent and some possessions were strewn as far as 200+ yards across the campground.
