City Commission Approves Proposed Zoning Changes For Mobile/Manufactured Homes

Last night, the Madison City Commission approved Proposed zoning ordinance changes for mobile/manufactured homes placed in parks.

The following changes are proposed: Homes must have been manufactured within the last 15 years, they must have a gabled roof with at least a 2/12 pitch, have vinyl or wood siding and roofing material of a type customarily used on site constructed businesses.

July 8th at 7:00AM has been set for the hearing date before the planning commission.
