Highway 34 For The Future Fast Facts

Citing the continued need for completion of the Highway 34 Project, yesterday the HIGHWAY 34 FOR THE FUTURE committee released the following facts:

According to the South Dakota Department of Transportation, 20,000 semi trucks enter and exit Dakota Ehtanol each year. Since the fall of 2001, Dakota Ethanol has paid dividends of over $60,000.00.

The committee went on to say that investment in highways is viewed as an effective economic development strategy and provides additional safety for vehicular traffic.
